I am Sarah Bell, a mum of two based in Lewes, Sussex. My Doula journey began after two incredibly positive birth experiences, one in hospital, the other at home. It set me on a path to ensure that all women have a wonderful, life changing experience while giving birth.

I provide compassionate, non-judgmental evidence based care and will support all informed birth choices. From home, hospital, vaginal to cesarean and everything in between, my goal is to support you in having a positive birth on your terms.

Birth and the first few weeks with your new child is a precious time. I will help support you and yours so you can bloom into a family and treasure the transition into the new normal.
