Hi all, my name is Amy and I am a coach and therapist based in Birmingham city center. I specialize in helping anxious teenage girls transform their low-self esteem into confidence and flourish.

I am extremely passionate about helping young girls to feel good about themselves and overcome any limiting beliefs they have that are holding them back. Through one-on-one coaching, I work with girls to explore how they want to feel instead of how they currently do feel and use lots of fun methods to help them take charge of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
