Cai Baby offers a non-judgmental, calm and friendly space for all parents. Our Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes are run in Eastbourne, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas in Sussex.

All classes are baby-led, which means we follow your baby's cues. We welcome feeding, sleeping, changing and comforting babies during class so don't worry if class times coincide with feeds or naps.

We offer a safe and gentle place for parents to unwind and spend quality time with their baby, whilst learning natural ways to soothe, relax and enjoy their baby.

The focus of the baby massage programme we teach is on the parent-baby relationship.

Over the 5 weeks we will teach you a full baby massage routine, plus a separate routine to help ease wind and colic & a routine to promote your baby's coordination & balance.

Each of the 5 classes includes some relaxation, discussion & massage.

Classes are calm & gentle to encourage a connection between you and your baby. Cai Baby Massage is an eco-conscious business.
