GroovaRoo Babywearing Dance

GroovaRoo dance is suitable for babies once Mum and Baby have had their 6/8 week check up until they are toddlers and still comfortable to hold in the sling. You will need to have a wide based carrier or sling. Please do not use a ring sling or narrow base sling as this is not suitable for these classes. If you have any concerns over your carrier please do get in touch and we can discuss this further.

Our Certified GroovaRoo Instructor is here to help you feel comfortable and confident while bonding with baby and having a groovy time! We dance to soulful R&B songs and include good oldies right up to modern hits from Ed Sheeran, Missy Elliot and so many more.
