Welcome to Kiddy Cook in Essex. Our award-winning cooking & baking classes and workshops introduce children to a variety of ingredients and help them to prepare delicious, healthy recipes to take home and cook.

Here at Kiddy Cook, we’re dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people by inspiring them to have fun with food, while instilling the importance of healthy eating as part of a healthy lifestyle.

I work with children ages 5-11 in the following areas: Braintree, Halstead, Witham, Maldon and Tiptree, Mersea, Colchester, Coggeshall, Kelvedon, Burnham on crouch, & Chelmsford.

Using food as a tool to develop a new understanding of what we eat creates health within our bodies, and helps us to think about this in a positive way to enhance our choices. Learning about the science behind food and creating healthy dishes at the same time encourages our children's interest in healthy eating and having fun with food!
