Namamaste offers the full KGHypnobirthing antenatal course, specialist knowledge, support and techniques to help you have a confident, calm and empowering birth.

It is a 10-12 hour face to face learning course for you and your partner, receiving a copy of your KGHypnobirthing book (worth £14.99), three KGHypnobirthing relaxation MP3’s, refreshments, and support after the course.

You will also receive a parent handbook and birth affirmation cards.

We offer two main types of courses; Group and Private 1-1 courses.
