As a mum of two, I was inspired to start my journey as a consultant by my eldest son. His struggles with sleep had an impact on our whole family, and helped me understand how poor sleep can impact our relationships with our children, partners and our own mental health.

I offer personalised one-on-one packages that you can work through together, regular online coaching to empower you to get through the difficult stages of your routines and soon will be offering digital packages to work through at your own pace.
