Having suffered from post natal anxiety as a result of sleep deprivation following the birth and lack of sleep with my first little girl, I know all too well the consequences of a lack of sleep and often help families struggling with post natal illnesses, relationship struggles and challenges at work that are all linked to their severe lack of sleep.
