I have helped solve issues such as early waking, not napping during the day, multiple night wakings, relying on being fed or rocked to sleep. I also help set suitable routines for each age group.

I have different sleep packages available to suit all needs and budgets and I offer a week of messenger support whilst a plan is implemented.
