Clare is the founder and CEO of Beautiful Souls, a global community, and she has created the Master Your Mindset in Pregnancy programme and the Conscious Parenting Pathway programme.

She is a mum to two boys, a DreamBuilder Life Coach, Master Reiki and Quantum Healer and a qualified teacher. Her book, the first in the Conscious Parenting Series, "How to Have a Positive & Empowering Pregnancy" reached best-seller status and Clare has appeared on numerous summits, radio shows and speaking events.

After her own battle with post-natal depression Clare went on to create her unique programmes to support women and their families, offering mindset tools and spiritual practices so they feel calm, confident and READY!
