I use a gentle and holistic approach to ensure that your little ones are always responded to, their needs are always met and that they feel safe and secure throughout their sleep learning journey.

My strategies are based on connection and attachment, giving you practical ways for better sleep. It's important to me that we first figure out the cause for the sleep disruptions, from here we can create a solid sleep plan to fix those issues.

I used to be in your position, my eldest was not a sleeper from day 1!
Fast forward to 6 months of age, we still hadn't had a full nights sleep, neither had we had sleep of more than 2 hours in any one stretch. I was beyond exhausted!

My brain was fried, my body was ruined, my temper was at an all time high, my mood was at an all time low. I was pretty much broken!

However I didn't know how to fix it, I kept telling myself 'it will get better as time goes on', 'its just a phase!' so I stayed in this same sleep deprived state, till Alfie (my eldest) was nearly 18 months old!!! I just decided enough was enough. There had to be an explanation, a solution, some way to make my poor little boy sleep, so that the family could sleep. So that I could sleep!

And there was!

Sleep training works! It doesn't have to be harsh, or detrimental to their well-being. It can be completely responsive, gentle and reassuring. My story is the reason, I became a sleep consultant.

My aim is to help as many families as possible, who are in the same position as I was, or hopefully before they get to the stage that I was at.
