Having had two children of my own, the first was a terrible sleeper, I can completely empathise with the struggles of having a child who doesn't sleep well.

I'm a qualified holistic sleep coach which means that I look at the whole family picture, taking in personality, parenting style, age and development stage of you child.

We start with you completing a diary for me which I review, we then have a 90min 2 hour session where we discuss my findings and work together on a plan of action. I then send you a highly detailed report and a handbook which has lots of information about sleep.

My style is very much about gentle and responsive parenting, I'll never ask you to leave your child to cry or ask you to do something you're not comfortable with.

Once you're happy with the plan, I will support you in implementing the changes so you don't feel like you're on your own.

I am based in Sale, South Manchester but cover all surrounding areas. I am also able to help remotely via video link if you are further afield.
