Hi, I'm Gina, I'm currently in my second year of training to become a clinical psychologist at Lancaster University.
I'm conducting research about how dads (with a child under 2), manage their emotions and whether their experiences from childhood impact on how they understand their child.
Dads are often not included in parenting research and consequently, there is often less support available than there is for mums. We're hoping to capture part of the fatherhood journey and add to the evidence base in order to ensure that dads can access effective and timely parenting support in the future.

I'd really appreciate any responses, please send on to other dads.
